Commission Process

1. Initial Consultation

• 15-minute complimentary consultation via Zoom or FaceTime

• Review your digital photo options

• Discuss poses and lighting preferences

• Select the optimal reference photo for your portrait

• Complete the project agreement and deposit

2. Design Phase

• Creation of initial design drawing (up to 6 hours)

• Design review call upon drawing completion

• One revision included (up to 4 additional hours)

• Option to purchase drawing only

• Final payment due upon design approval

3. Painting Creation

• 4-6 weeks completion time

• Premium 9" x 12" Raymar wood panels

• Oil-primed canvas surface

• Deliberate, expressive painting process
